Leverless Tyre Changer

The SICE S1000 “EVOLUZIONE” Evolution is at the pinnacle of tyre changer technology with 8 versions available.

Highly-automatic “Leverless-Contactless” tyre changer with hydraulic drive for rims up to 32” with preselection of rim diameter and automatic demounting cycle. The S1000 Evolution tyre changer is at the top of its class for being able to safely operate on all types of wheels, without ever meeting the rim. Plus, the synchronised movement of the work tools and the wheel reduces tension on the tyre considerably. The ever-increasing use of alloy, chrome-plated, and painted rims requires that the rims never be touched, not even with plastic protectors. The rim is sacred for the new SICE model, and with its advanced technology, there is no risk of even a minor mark. A great deal of attention has been given to the valve sensors, which are becoming more widespread. The S 1000 Evolution tyre changer satisfies all of the needs of professionals who service high end wheel fitment.

Assist Arm

Supplies as standard on the S1000 Evolution is the articulated bead press arm, used to allow the user to have a hands-off approach allowing the technician to view the bead fitment rather than interact manually with the tyre.

Wheel Lift

The wheel lift is a standard feature of the S1000 Evolution having two versions available. Side wheel lifter is suitable if you require to shorten the overall length of the fitment or upgraded front mounted professional roller system is available.

TPMS

TPM 02 Reader: valve sensor reader that displays the main data of the sensor. (only in the TOP version).

Inflation

Standard electronic inflator (Inflatron) Integrated system of automatic inflating and deflating procedures, touch screen interface, and inflating procedure with over boost for bead insertion.

Video camera

video camera: always-on, retrievable on the screen.

Tread Probe

Tread probe: measurement of the tread depth with 3 different colour displays to confirm the depth threshold.

Temperature probe

Temperature probe: real-time tyre and bead temperature sensor. Intuitive recommendations displayed in Green-Yellow-Red colours (WDK Recommendation).

Centre lock Turntable

Axial mounting turntable electromechanical intelligence with HYDRAULIC (patented) axial movement. This is the first machine where the wheel axis moves at the same time as the tool to make the operations easier and guarantee precision and effectiveness.
