The SICE S54A is an extremely capable and popular heavy duty electro-hydraulic semi automatic truck tyre changer for quick demounting and mounting of wheels for trucks, buses, tractors and earth moving vehicles with groove rim or with split ring rim and for tubed or tubeless wheels including elastic ring rims with or without innertubes.

Suited to large, medium and smaller operators that require a fast, strong and reliable machine, the S54A is an extremely capable and versatile commercial tyre changer.

S54A has a fantastic specification list for a machine at this price point with a capacity of 42” wheel width and 90” diameter and a host of optional accessories available. 2 versions of the Sice S54 (S54 & S54A) are available.

The SICE S54A is a heavy duty semi-automatic electro-hydraulic commercial tyre changer suited for large to medium sized shops catering for light to heavy industry.

Recent upgrades have added a more rigid chassis and new high strength motor and Eco mode to both variants keeping the S54 variations as a market leader in the midrange field.

Single carriage movements, with automatic lift and manual rotation of the tool head is standard on the S54A version.

S54A controls are cable connection to the mobile control station, emergency controls are conveniently situated for added safety, bluetooth controls are optional on both versions.

Eco Mode

ECO MODE: the automatic function “ECO MODE” allows great energy savings. When the machine is not in use, it automatically turns off. Always in automatic mode, it restarts at the first command.

Carriage

Powerful single hydraulic carriage movement is standard for all variants of the S54.

Tool Arm

Tool arm movement is automatic for horizontal travel and automatic lift is standard for the S54A, both variations have a tool arm hook for super single fitment.
